First and foremost, the monthly wrap-up videos and financial reports are invaluable. Like most business right now, we’re tightening our belt and I have monthly calls with our CEO to review the previous month’s P&L and update him on our burn rate. Knowing those videos and reports are coming makes it super easy and quick for me to pull together the info I need ahead of those meetings.
Second, the system you have for asking questions/gathering info as you’re reconciling month-to-month is so efficient. What use to be an endless stream of questions as our books were done ad hoc has become an easy to manage, predictable process that’s saves us so much time and energy… you have a system that works, is easy to follow, and you are persistent in getting us to use it!
